Contains proposals for professional staff policies and procedures. The Joint Personnel Policies Committee (JPPC) was responsible for drafting professional staff policies. The committee was comprised of staff and trustees, including four members of the standing personnel committee of the Professional Staff Council (PSC), one trustee, the President and the Provost-Dean.
