This record group contains the papers of faculty members and staff of Bank Street College of Education. Examples of records include course materials, research, personal and biographical materials, correspondence, and non-Bank Street publications written by faculty or staff. Access to certain materials is restricted.

Abstract

The Claudia Lewis Papers were created over the course of Lewis’s life, through much of the twentieth century. The materials span her research study endeavors, focusing heavily on the education of teachers and writing for children. Her work was collected in notes, administrative records, observational reports, article drafts, correspondence, publications, and several other formats.

Abstract The Ellen Galinsky collection on Families and Work Institute (FWI) was largely created over the course of FWI’s business as a non-profit organization occupying office space in New York, New York in the late twentieth and early twenty-first centuries.
